Habberstad’s breakfast seminar; RESULTS IN A CLASS OF THEIR OWN.
We have just wrapped up the breakfast seminar with Sverre Bjerkeli and Ole Gustav Gjekstad.
What a successful and inspiring event it turned out to be!
Sverre and Ole Gustav were both on top form today. Sverre took us through the success story of Protector, and Ole Gustav gave us an overview of the remarkable success the Norwegian women’s national handball team has enjoyed over the past 20 years. What a journey they have both been on!
What is at the heart of both of these success stories?
CULTURE.
It is in the culture that the foundations for success lie. Everything starts with culture and everything stands or falls with culture. We all know the saying “Culture eats strategy for breakfast”. It was thoroughly presented and explained.
