Whether you are looking for a structured coaching process or concrete advice from an experienced sparring partner, Habberstad offers support tailored to where you are. The goal is always the same: that you as a leader can make better choices, handle challenges and create strong results for yourself and those you lead.
Coaching
Coaching is a conversation in which we want to help you clarify your ambitions and goals, and motivate you to act. The aim is for you to gain a better understanding of how you can achieve change, better relationships and better results in your everyday work. The coach is a sparring partner who, by asking good and reflective questions, helps you arrive at what is right for you yourself.
How do we go about it?
Coaching is a process, and most often we need to meet several times. It is the person being coached who sets the pace and direction of the process, but as coaches we provide an overarching, recommended structure:
- We identify the challenge, narrow it down, and gain a good understanding of the current situation
- Together we agree on motivating and realistic goals for the coaching, and concrete action that can help solve the challenge
- We help you become aware of your own perceptions and beliefs, which can sometimes stand in the way of achieving what you want
- We identify the resources and qualities you have that can be useful in the situation and help you reach your goals
- We recognise that this is your development process and that it happens at your pace. We support, challenge and celebrate the small wins along the way!
Leadership advisory
Sometimes you may be facing a demanding challenge as a leader where you do not want coaching, but concrete advice from an experienced leader who is not part of your own organisation. Together, our senior advisors hold broad expertise in the field of leadership and experience from a range of organisations in the private and public sectors. We support leaders in a variety of situations, and are humble enough not to give advice on anything outside our own area of expertise.
