Lars Esholdt has been an Equity Partner at ISCO Group and a Senior Client Partner at KornFerry International. Over many years he has published a wide range of books on the headhunting profession, with respected publishers, and has been a driving force in executive search in Norway and the Nordics.
A solid professional background from Norway and abroad
Lars Esholdt holds a degree in musicology from the University of Copenhagen, a Bachelor’s degree in Law and Economics and a Cand.Merc. in Strategic Planning and Marketing Communication, both from Copenhagen Business School.
