Atle Strande is a senior executive with over 25 years of varied experience from both the public and private sectors. He has held central roles as HR Director and Group CEO, and has solid experience in recruitment, leadership development and organisational development at all levels of his own organisation. Atle has been a driving force in both the strategic and operational management of many change and restructuring processes across the value chain.
Since March 2020, Atle has been a recruitment advisor, supporting organisations with executive recruitment and Executive Search. Since then, he has carried out a number of complex executive recruitment assignments in both the public and private sectors. This includes successful recruitments within the municipal sector, commercial businesses and membership organisations.
Atle holds an Executive Master of Management from BI Oslo (HRM, project management and finance for decision-makers) and is a qualified Cand.med.vet (DVM).
Atle’s prominent qualities are his ability to manage processes and see the bigger picture in complex situations. His deep commercial and business understanding makes him a natural choice for assignments in organisations with high complexity and a need for change. Atle takes great ownership of his work, and as a person he places importance on integrity, consistency and loyalty.
