Bjarne has 9 years of experience in recruitment/executive search and has assisted in the selection of senior executives and middle managers as a senior advisor/search manager at Habberstad AS. He previously had more than 20 years of experience from the private sector, including as managing director within insurance brokerage and transport. Within sales and marketing leadership, he has, among other roles, been Territory Services and Solution Leader at IBM and Key Account Manager Group at Telenor.
Bjarne has taken part in and led demanding recruitment assignments for senior executives in both the public and private sectors. He has recruited senior executives/middle managers in complex organisations, health trusts and municipalities. He has also recruited for membership organisations.
Bjarne has leadership education from BI and is certified in the assessment tools of both Aon and CEB/SHL. As a person, Bjarne is a strong relationship builder who inspires trust, with a structured way of working.
