Bjørn has more than 30 years of experience as a leader (CEO/Managing Director/General Manager) and as a middle manager, including as COO, sales and marketing director, product manager and sales manager, primarily from the IT industry. He also has extensive board experience as chair and board member of several companies across various industries.
He was educated at Trondheim Engineering College (NTNU) and Trondheim Business School (NTNU Business School). Bjørn has completed the DNV recruitment course and, over the course of his career, has recruited more than 200 employees. This includes everything from various leadership roles to specialist positions within IT, building/construction, advisory, sales, business development and operations, mainly in the private sector, but also for organisations with public-sector deliveries.
In addition, Bjørn supports clients as a business advisor. Here he receives very positive feedback for his active and solution-oriented approach, and for being an engaged sparring partner who follows up closely. He contributes positively to the work of identifying and developing practical and effective solutions to an organisation’s challenges.
