Frank Vikan is a qualified clinical psychologist from the University of Oslo and has extensive experience as an advisor in leadership development, coaching and strategic recruitment. He works with both individual leaders and leadership teams, and has a particular strength in combining psychological insight with business understanding.
For many years he has worked with psychometrics and tool development, with a particular focus on quantitative methods. Frank is certified in a range of psychometric tools, and has himself certified consultants, leaders and HR staff in the use of such tools. His approach is analytical, practical and development-oriented, with the aim of creating lasting change and clearer leadership.
Frank has broad experience with recruitment and search, including within the finance sector, and has assisted in identifying and assessing candidates for demanding leadership and specialist roles. He has a good understanding of the demands placed on leaders in complex and change-driven organisations, and works closely with clients to ensure quality and accuracy in the processes.
