Gro Møllerstad has more than 26 years of experience in executive recruitment, particularly within the public sector and the cultural industry. She established her own recruitment agency in 2000, and has since recruited leaders for cultural institutions, media companies, organisations, the university sector and public administration. Today she is a partner of Habberstad.
Over more than two decades, Gro has built up solid insight into what it takes to identify and motivate talented candidates for leadership positions where organisational understanding, administrative rigour and leadership strength are central. She has a particularly strong understanding of role clarification and interplay in senior executive recruitment, and knows what it takes to secure a good and effective collaboration between leadership and organisation.
Gro has a background as a journalist and editor at Dagbladet and NRK, and has also been political advisor to Minister of Health and Social Affairs Tove Strand Gerhardsen. She holds a Master of Management from BI Norwegian Business School, with specialisations in Leadership, power and meaning, Consulting and Interplay and leadership.
