Håvard Jens Djupedal has broad leadership experience from insurance, banking and finance, and has held leadership positions at, among others, Gjensidige, Zurich Forsikring and Vesta/Tryg Forsikring, as well as serving as Managing Director of Landbruksforsikring and head of Private Banking at BNP Paribas, Oslo.
He has a solid academic background, with officer training from the Royal Norwegian Naval Academy (OMA III), training as an engineer, and a business economics degree from BI, as well as a Master’s and Management degree in leadership and finance. In addition, he has completed executive and board courses at INSEAD in France.
Håvard is a DNV-certified recruitment advisor and has extensive experience in leader selection and leadership development. He works primarily on the search for and recruitment of senior leaders and key personnel within insurance, banking and finance, and also acts as a coach and strategic advisor to leaders and organisations undergoing development and transformation.
