Lars Esholdt is one of the most experienced and respected advisors in executive search in the Nordic region. With several decades of experience in senior executive recruitment and board appointments, he has been a driving force in the headhunting profession in both Norway and the wider Nordic region. He has previously served as Equity Partner at ISCO Group and Senior Client Partner at Korn Ferry International, and over the course of his career has advised some of the largest organisations in the region.
Lars has an interdisciplinary background, with studies in musicology at the University of Copenhagen, a bachelor’s degree in law and economics, and a Cand.Merc. in strategic planning and marketing communication from Copenhagen Business School (CBS). Alongside his advisory practice, he has published several acclaimed books on headhunting and recruitment.
