For 25 years, Roger Bergersen has been an editor and director at Amedia, at Fremover in Narvik, and before that a political journalist in Oslo.
Through his 15 years at the Forte Narvik Foundation, he has represented the ownership and served on boards within IT, research, tourism and Narvikfjellet, as well as working administratively on the Alpine World Championships through a long bidding period. For 12 years he was active in local and regional politics in Narvik.
Through his leadership roles, Roger Bergersen has built strong expertise and a broad network. As a senior advisor he will strengthen Habberstad Rekruttering og Utvikling in Northern Norway in particular, but also work at a national level.
Roger Bergersen has a rare breadth of business and media knowledge, as well as political experience and a good understanding of the public sector. The fact that, after a long career as a leader, he is starting out as a headhunter gives both clients and Habberstad added confidence.
