With over 25 years of experience as an advisor and consultant within recruitment, leadership development and organisational development, Rune Frøyslie has built up a strong understanding of what it takes to build robust teams and sustainable organisations. In addition, he brings more than 15 years of leadership experience from the private sector, where he has held roles such as Chief Executive Officer, Regional Director, Sales Director and Head of Finance in various businesses.
Rune specialises in the recruitment of leaders and key personnel, and has carried out board recruitments and evaluations of board compositions. He has assisted with recruitment for commercial businesses, membership organisations and the public sector, and is able to adapt the processes to different industries and organisational cultures.
Rune has extensive experience in training leaders and developing values-based leadership. He works with the development of leadership teams, individual leadership coaching, and follows leaders over the long term in their development.
