How we work with executive search
You can choose to use us for pure search assignments or for assignments where search is part of the entire recruitment process. Wherever in the process you choose to involve us, you will meet a dedicated team that supports you throughout the assignment.
The search team is engaged as early as possible to ensure that our broad network is activated at an early stage. In the first contact with a potential candidate, the position is presented, and if there is interest, we invite the candidate to a no-obligation conversation. Here we explore the candidate’s motivation, background, experience and personal qualities. If the candidate meets the requirements of the position, they are assessed against the other candidates before we make our recommendation to apply for the position.
