Vidar Lødrup is joining Habberstad recruitment and development as a senior advisor. He comes from the position of division director at Statped, and strengthens Habberstad’s capability in recruitment and advisory to boards and senior management in both the private and public sectors.
Extensive leadership experience from the private and public sectors
Vidar has broad and substantial leadership experience. Among other roles, he has been HR manager at Borregaard and Nordea, deputy managing director for organisation and development at Sykehuset Østfold, and HR director at Helse Sør-Øst RHF. He has also been a senior advisor at PA Consulting, director of knowledge management at Abelia, and director of HR and administration as well as division director at Statens Vegvesen.
He has also been division director for organisational development and shared services at Utdanningsetaten i Oslo kommune, before spending the past four years as division director at Statped.
Vidar brings with him a considerable network that will benefit both clients and candidates.
Experience from board work and senior management
Vidar also has experience from board work and has, among other things, sat on the board of HR Norge and, for the past 12 years, on the board of Lean Forum Norge.
Solid professional background
Vidar holds a Cand. Paed. degree from Universitetet i Oslo, with a primary focus on organisation and leadership. In addition, he has supplementary education in organisation, leadership, testing, strategy development, HR, negotiations, marketing, sales, finance and logistics.
